   * 100 gr Coklat bubuk&lt;br /&gt;    * 1 1/2 ltr Susu segar&lt;br /&gt;    * 200 gr Gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;    * 2 bungkus Agar - agar bubuk putih&lt;br /&gt;    * 4 btr Kuning telur (kocok) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat : &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    * Larutkan coklat bubuk dengan sedikit susu.&lt;br /&gt;    * Masak sisa susu bersama dengan gula pasir dan agar - agar bubuk.&lt;br /&gt;    * Tambahkan larutan coklat kedalamnya, masak hingga mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;    * Ambil sedikit adonan susu tersebut dan tuang kedalam kocokan telur, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;    * Tuangkan kembali kedalam adonan susu, rebus hingga mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;    * Angkat dan aduk - aduk hingga uapnya hilang.&lt;br /&gt; Untuk Adonan : Aduk tepung terigu, gula pasir, baking powder, soda kue, cokelat bubuk hingga rata dalam mangkuk.&lt;br /&gt;2. Buat lubang ditengahnya, lalu tuangkan telur , diaduk&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan mentega, masukkan susu, aduk hingga halus&lt;br /&gt;4. Panaskan wajan dadar, olesi mentega&lt;br /&gt;5. Tuang tiap 1 sdm sayur adonan dalam wajan. Masak hingga berlubang-lubang halus. Cairkan tepung beras dengan sebagian santan, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;   2. Rebus sisa santan bersama daun pandan dan garam. Masukkan cairan tepung beras dan gula pasir. Aduk sampai kental. Angkat, lalu masukkan tepung sagu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk cepat.&lt;br /&gt;   3. Ambil selembar daun pisang, letakkan 1 sdm adonan tepung. Beri sepotong pisang, tutup lagi dengan adonan tepung. Bungkus lalu lipat kedua ujungnya.&lt;br /&gt;   4. Kukus hingga matang selama 30 menit. Aduk bahan biang, lalu diamkan 15 menit. Sementara itu aduk tepung beras, tepung kanji, dan tepung terigu, tambahkan garam, gula, lalu masukkan santan encer sambil diuleni selama 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;   2. Masukkan biang lalu uleni lagi sambil dikeprok-keprok. Tuang santan sampai habis. Terakhir masukkan santan kental.&lt;br /&gt;   3. Panaskan cetakan pofferces/cetakan serabi.    * 200 ml santan hangat dari ½ butir kelapa parut.&lt;br /&gt;    * Minyak goreng untuk menggoreng.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Lapisan gula&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    * 75 gram gula pasir.&lt;br /&gt;    * 2 sdm air.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Cara membuat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    * Campur tepung, garam &amp; kelapa parut, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;    * Tambahkan air jeruk nipis dan santan, aduk rata sampai bisa dibentuk.&lt;br /&gt;    * 15 lembar daun suji&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sari pandan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    * Tumbuk dan peras semua daun pandan dan daun suji sehingga menjadi 150 cc larutan pekat sari pandan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   1. Pecahkan telur, pisahkan kuning telur dari putih telur&lt;br /&gt;   2. Campur bahan kering ke dalam mangkok besar: tepung terigu, vanili, baking powder dan soda kue. Aduk-aduk hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;   3. Masukkan semua kuning telur dan minyak goreng. Aduk hingga tercampur.&lt;br /&gt;   4. Masukkan sari pandan, aduk perlahan hingga rata&lt;br /&gt;   5. Kocok putih telur dan garam dengan handmixer di mangkok lain, masukkan gula pasir sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus dikocok&lt;br /&gt;   6. Masukan krim tartar dan kocok terus hingga betul-betul mengembang&lt;br /&gt;   7. Diamkan sepuluh menit.&lt;br /&gt;    * Rebus santan dengan serai, daun pandan, daun jeruk hingga mendidih. Kocok semua bahan hingga mengembang dan berwarna putih seperti krim&lt;br /&gt;   2. Masukkan sedikit essence coklat, moka, atau bubuk teh hijau (matcha) bila suka&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat kue bolu:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   1. Pecahkan telur, pisahkan kuning telur dari putih telur&lt;br /&gt;   2. Kocok telur dan gula pasir dengan handmixer sampai betul-betul mengembang&lt;br /&gt;   3. Masukkan susu, rhum, madu, terus aduk&lt;br /&gt;   4. Masukkan tepung terigu yang sudah diayak dan dicampur soda kue&lt;br /&gt;   5. Aduk campuran terigu dan kocokan telur memakai spatula atau sendok besar&lt;br /&gt;   6. Masukkan margarin cair, aduk sedikit&lt;br /&gt;   7. Tuang ke dalam loyang dangkal yang sudah diolesi margarin dan ditaburi tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;   8. Panggang di dalam oven yang panasnya 220 C selama 10 menit. Kue jangan sampai kering betul karena mudah patah sewaktu digulung&lt;br /&gt;   9. Angkat dari oven dan keluarkan kue dari loyang dengan menggunakan alas kertas roti&lt;br /&gt;  10. Langsung diolesi dengan selai bila kue ingin diisi selai, atau tunggu hingga dingin sebelum diolesi buttercream agar krim tidak meleleh.&lt;br /&gt;  11. Kocok margarin dan gula pelem 1 menit. Tambahkan kacang tanah. Kocok rata&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. masukkan telur. Kocok rata, tambahkan tepung terigu dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. sendokkan cokelat masak pekat leleh di beberapa tempat. Didihkan air dalam wajan, bubuhi minyak goreng dan garam, &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   masukkan lasagna. rebus sampai lunak (± 10 menit), angkat, tiriskan.&lt;br /&gt;panaskan oven pada suhu 180° c &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saus daging: &lt;br /&gt;*panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai hingga layu. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  masukkan daging cincang, aduk hingga berubah warna. &lt;br /&gt;*tambahkan tomat, pasta tomat, dan air. didihkan. &lt;br /&gt;*bubuhi garam, merica, oregano, basil, dan gula. &lt;br /&gt;*masak dengan api kecil hingga api kecil hingga kental, angkat. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saus keju: &lt;br /&gt;*lelehkan mentega, masukkan terigu, aduk. &lt;br /&gt;*tuangi susu sambil diaduk terus diatas api kecil agar tidak bergumpal,&lt;br /&gt;masukkan keju, merica, dan pala. &lt;br /&gt;*setelah rata, angkat. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Olesi pinggang tahan panas dengan margarin. masukkan 1/3 bagian lasagna, &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   lalu tuangi 1/2 bagian saus daging dan 1/2 bagian saus keju. ratakan. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   kerjakan hal yang sama sekali lagi. atur 1/3 bagian sisa lasagna di&lt;br /&gt;atasnya. &lt;br /&gt;3. color: rgb(0, 204, 204);font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Bahan I:&lt;br /&gt;450 ml air&lt;br /&gt;100 gr nanas dipotong kotak&lt;br /&gt;100 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;2 tts pewarna kuning muda&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan II:&lt;br /&gt;150 gr yogurt&lt;br /&gt;250 ml air&lt;br /&gt;50 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1 bks agar-agar bubuk&lt;br /&gt;2 putih telur&lt;br /&gt;40 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Saus Nanas:&lt;br /&gt;200 ml air&lt;br /&gt;50 gr nanas&lt;br /&gt;75 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt tepung maizena&lt;/span&gt; &lt;p style="font-family: arial; color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span id="more-58"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Cara :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Rebus bahan I kecuali nanas sambil diaduk hingga mendidih. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;Tuang 1/2 bagian adonan ke dalam loyang setengah lingkaran 12×20 cm, lalu taburkan nanas. Bekukan.&lt;br /&gt;Buat bahan II, rebus yogurt, air dan agar bubuk sambil diaduk hingga meletup-letup. Kocok putih telur sampai setengah mengembang. Masukkan gula pasir sambil terus dikocok hingga mengembang.&lt;br /&gt;Tuang rebusan agar-agar panas ke dalam putih telur kocok sambil dikocok rata.&lt;br /&gt;Tuang setengah bagian adonan puding yogurt ke dalam cetakan setebal 1 cm, bekukan. Lakukan bergantian hingga adonan habis. Rebus bahan saus nanas sambil diaduk hingga meletup-letup. Angkat, dinginkan. Campurkan terigu, garam dan ragi instant.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tuang susu sedikit sedikit, lalu masukkan gula pasir dan telur&lt;br /&gt;3. Terakhir margarine.&lt;br /&gt;4. Uleni sampai adonan tidak melekat di tangan, diamkan selama 1 jam&lt;br /&gt;5. Sementara itu, adonan isi di buat, kocok margarine dan gula palem sampai rata.&lt;br /&gt;6. Campur kismis, kenari cincang dan kayu manis bubuk. Sisikan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Penyelesaian:&lt;br /&gt;1. Gilas adonan setebal 1/2 cm. Olesi dengan margarine kocok tsb,&lt;br /&gt;sampai seluruh permukaan tertutup rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Taburi dengan campuran kismis, kenari dan kayumanis, gulung, potong 1 1/2 cm.&lt;br /&gt;3. Taruh di atas loyang dengan jarak 1cm. Biarkan mengembang dan saling rapat.&lt;br /&gt;4. olesi dengan susu cair, panggang selama 20-30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;5. Legian Kelod 354 Kuta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;color:#00cccc;"&gt;Masakan nya yang paling saya sukai adalah &lt;strong&gt;nasi pecel&lt;/strong&gt;, selain enak harganya juga &lt;strong&gt;muuuuraaahhh&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Makanan yang tersedia adalah nasi pecel dengan sayur-sayuran yang masih segar disiram dengan bumbu pecel yang kental &amp;amp; pedas ditambah dengan peyek yang renyah dan disajikan dengan menggunakan piring wingke yang unik. Tersedia juga lauk pauk yang beraneka ragam dengan rasa yang enak. Ada sop buntut, tempe &amp;amp; tahu, telor puyuh, ayam bakar dan macam-macam lagi. Tempatnya kecil tapi nyaman aja untuk nongkrong disitu.
